Yes, we are a pet friendly community. 2 pets max per apartment. Weight limit of 60lbs. We do have breed restrictions.

We have several one-bedroom apartments alongside studio apartments.
What are lease terms?
6-12 months.
Are utilities included in the cost?
No, utilities are not included.
What amenities do you offer?
We do not have amenities on property, but we do share a swimming pool and fitness center with our sister property, perch on 52nd. It is two minutes up the road from us!
How is the community's access to local attractions?
Our property is located in the middle of great attractions! We are a 10 min walk from olde town Arvada, a 5-10 min walk from the local light rail, we have several RTD bus routes, across Wadsworth there are lots of food, and shopping attractions, and we have several parks located in the area.
